Edison,

I really like your point of view on success.

Obviously success means something different for everyone.... - for some people it's a lot of money, others want to have more time to spend with their family, others want to make the world a better place and others simply want to be happy in their work environment.

The 3 most important values when I started my company were trust, passion and respect.

There are many more aspects to make a company successful but these are the 3 main ones for me.

In respect to quality....... I offer money back guarantee to my clients if they are not happy with the quality of my work and so far this has really worked for me. I like to invest trust in people.

"The way you do anything is how you do everything." I define success to be viewed as a person with high integrity.
This is an important value for me, which I won't compromise
