“How do you define (or what constitute) ” corporate or business success ” ?”
There are several ways to define corporate success and I recently spoke about this topic. (see link below to learn more about my point of view)

To put simply, success is progressive realization of a worthy goal(s).It applies to realistic corporate goals as set out by the firm’s management.

Edison,
I really like your point of view on success.
Obviously success means something different for everyone…. - for some people it’s a lot of money, others want to have more time to spend with their family, others want to make the world a better place and others simply want to be happy in their work environment.
The 3 most important values when I started my company were trust, passion and respect.
There are many more aspects to make a company successful but these are the 3 main ones for me.
In respect to quality……. I offer money back guarantee to my clients if they are not happy with the quality of my work and so far this has really worked for me. I like to invest trust in people.
“The way you do anything is how you do everything.” I define success to be viewed as a person with high integrity.
This is an important value for me, which I won’t compromise
